The classic aromatic cocktail bitter is used in a variety of cocktail applications calling for an accent of spice. Craft yourself a Boulevardier, Old-Fashioned or Manhattan, or add to soda or seltzer for an easy zero-proof drink! Just a dash or two will do to add depth, complexity, and balance that transforms an ordinary cocktail into a nuanced, flavourful concoction.
Made from a 100% non-alcoholic base of vegetable glycerin and distilled water, and a blend of aromatic herbs and botanicals, including baking spice flavours like Cassia Bark, Cinnamon, Allspice, and Clove, and savoury and aromatic ingredients such as Star Anise, Vanilla, and Cardamom, among many others.
